Carleen entered the financial services industry in 2017, after a natural disaster prompted an unexpected relocation—and an equally unexpected shift in career paths. She began her career with MML Investors Services in December 2017 as a Wealth Management Associate, where she quickly developed her skills and gained valuable insight into the financial services industry. In July 2019, she returned home to join MassMutual Puerto Rico, where she further developed her expertise in wealth management operations and advisor support. During this time, she also earned her FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 99 registrations.
Carleen’s diverse educational background gives her a unique perspective on client care and holistic planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Puerto Rico and an Associate degree in Nursing from National University College. In addition, she is a certified doula. This foundation instilled in her a deep appreciation for service, guidance, and support—qualities she now brings to every relationship in the financial industry.
Originally from Massachusetts, Carleen moved to Puerto Rico as a teenager and has proudly built both her career and life on the island. She is passionate about helping families achieve peace of mind and financial security. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Carleen works seamlessly with a diverse client base. She is also currently focused on completing her Master’s degree and the CFP™ designation. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach & spending time with her family & pets.
